Purchase process

If you have the target unit, you will need to pay $2000 and fill in the Purchase  letter of intent to hold the house you prefer. After the developer receives the fund and the letter of intent, they will prepare the purchase contract. When your official solicitor and you check the contract, you could sign on the contract and your solicitor would take this contract to have the signature of the developer. You need to pay for the rest down-payment within 7 to 14 days after the contract has been signed by both sides. The down- payment is 10% of the housing price, suitable for both local residents and overseas buyers.
