Purchase clauses and processes
In order to keep your intended house type, you need to pay 1% of the housing price and fill out the EOI. After receiving the payment and EOI, the developer will prepare the purchase contract and sign it after your confirmation. After you sign the contract, the developer will sign. The remaining down payment shall be paid within 14 days from the date of signing by both parties (overseas buyers are required to apply for FIRB). If you are the domestic buyers, you need to pay 10% of the house price and if you are the overseas buyers, you need to pay 20% of the house price. At the same time, the first and second stages of the project have been completed, and the remaining payment and stamp duty will be paid off before the settlement, generally for 14 days.
